This month of June fines us with few paintings to post. Most of our group have left the island to
summer elsewhere. We did however,
continue to paint every Friday visiting Salt River National Park; Talipan;
Altoona Lagoon and Breezes. HOWEVER, in
order to fill this space let me share with you some recent tips I gained from
reading about Money….. Stance and
orientation: When painting outdoors (or with any subject, for that matter) it
is often recommended that you put your subject as close to your line of sight
as possible. This reduces the amount of head turning necessary. Clean Color:
Monet used four brushes about the same size loaded with different
colors.
